Our Process

Kleer Lumber spent nearly 2 years researching and perfecting the way cellular PVC is made. By asking building professionals what they expected in a PVC Trimboard and consulting consumers on what they wanted, Kleer Lumber developed a process that addressed those needs and now produces the next generation PVC trimboard, sheets, mouldings, and other PVC building materials.

Materials
Kleer Lumber uses the highest quality PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) resin, supplementary additives that meet rigorous quality standards and minimum 18% pre-consumer recycled materials in its manufacturing process. These materials allow Kleer Lumber to produce a cellular PVC product with outstanding weatherability, whiteness, fine cell structure, matte finish and surface hardness.

Equipment
Kleer Lumber took great pains to research and select only the most up-to-date and technologically advanced equipment to use in its’ manufacturing process. This state of the art equipment is made in America and allows Kleer Lumber to consistently produce the market's most superior quality product day in and day out.
