Kleer PVC Trimboards offer homeowners virtually worry-free trim. There is no need to paint it, but if you choose to, the paint will last as long as the manufacturer warrants (when applied correctly). Kleer will not warp, crack, check or rot meaning you do not have to worry about climbing ladders to repair or replace trim. Insects are not interested in PVC so damage by termites, ants, or other little creatures is non-existent.
Kleer is resistant to mold and mildew. However, mold and mildew is a living organism and has the ability to grow virtually anywhere. If mold or mildew does grow on Kleer, a simple cleaning is all that is needed to keep the trim looking as good as new.
Kleer offers you value. The initial cost of Kleer is higher than traditional wood. However, once Kleer is installed, you do not have the maintenance involved like wood. Over the course of 5 years, your Kleer investment will pay for itself in repair/replacement and labor costs associated with wood.
