KLEER CELLULAR PVC CEMENT

DESCRIPTION:  Kleer Cellular PVC Cement is a superior quality, fast drying adhesive for bonding Kleer cellular PVC trim products.

FEATURES:

• Color matched to Kleer cellular PVC trim products

• Dries quickly to produce a strong, yet flexible, bond

• Outstanding resistance to weather and temperature extremes

• Completely waterproof and can be used on wet surfaces

• UV stable to resist yellowing and fading

• Can be applied by brush or roller

PACKAGING:

• 4oz, 8oz and 16 oz cans with built-in brush applicators

DIRECTIONS:

Wipe both surfaces with a dry cloth to remove dust, dirt and other contaminants.  Working quickly, apply a thin, even coat to each surface (coverage: approximately 200 SF per gallon).  Allow the cement to dry until tacky (2-5 minutes).  Press surfaces together and hold or clamp for ten minutes.  Product can be handled or machined after 10 minute hold time.  Full strength bond achieved in 24 hours.  Keep container tightly closed when not in use.

PRECAUTIONS:

• FLAMMABLE MIXTURE.  Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.  Do not smoke near product.

• Use adequate ventilation.  Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors.  If affected, seek fresh air.

• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Call a physician immediately.

• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.  May cause irritation.  If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

• Keep out of reach of children.
